Mail-in Ballots Cleared for Dispersal

Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court has cleared the way for mail-in ballots to be sent out ahead of the November election. The court upheld a decision rejecting independent presidential candidate Cornel West’s bid to appear on the ballot, citing missing paperwork. Now, voters in the state will see only four presidential candidates on their ballots: Republican Donald Trump, Democrat Kamala Harris, Green Party’s Jill Stein, and Libertarian Chase Oliver. Counties are now preparing to print, test, and mail ballots to those who requested them. Election Day is November 5th.
