PennDOT has announced maintenance activities for Mifflin County from today through Thursday. Roadwork will focus on base repair for Route 4006 (Back Mountain Road) between Route 305 and Route 1005, where flaggers will manage traffic during daylight hours. This work aims to fix pavement issues and extend the road’s lifespan. Additionally, bridge maintenance will occur on Route 3017 (Ferguson Valley Road) at Beaver Dam Run, with a detour in place via Little Greenbriar Road. All activities are weather-dependent and may change.
