A State College man faces multiple felony charges after a drug bust by the Centre County Drug Task Force. 63-year-old Mark Hackett is accused of conspiracy to manufacture, deliver, or possess with intent to deliver a controlled substance, among other charges. The investigation began in August 2023 when an informant identified him as a crystal methamphetamine dealer. Hackett allegedly sold $800 worth of meth in April and used Cash App for transactions in May. He was arrested on July 1st after a lengthy investigation, and he remains in the Clearfield County Correctional Facility, where he is being held on $5,000 bail, He has a preliminary hearing set for today.
