Greenwood Furnace State Park is celebrating its 100th anniversary this weekend with a variety of events. Starting Friday, visitors can enjoy blacksmith demonstrations, historic baseball games, and old-fashioned ice cream making. On Saturday, Smokey Bear will cut the anniversary cake, and Van Wagner will present a historical program on iron manufacturing in Pennsylvania, followed by a concert. Events run through Sunday and include children’s activities, raptor presentations, and more. Everyone is invited to join the festivities and celebrate Greenwood Furnace’s rich history.
