If you like strawberries, you’re gonna love this! The Lemont Strawberry Festival is back for its 42nd year, happening this Saturday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Lemont Village Green. With fresh strawberries, homemade cakes, live music, and art activities, it’s a cherished tradition. Attend and you can also enjoy Meyer Dairy ice cream, lemonade, speeder rides by the Bellefonte Historical Railroad, and tours of Lemont’s historic sites. Admission is $8 for adults and $4 for children aged 5 to 12.
