The Juniata Student Council is sponsoring a Donkey Basketball game (tomorrow/Thursday) night at 7 in the school gym in Mifflintown. There will be donkey rides, a 50/50 drawing, door prizes, raffle baskets, and concession stands. A teddy bear collection event will also be held. Teddy bears will be donated to the local state police barracks for children involved in accidents. Tickets are $8 in advance and $10 at the door. Advance tickets are available by emailing awalters@jcsdk12.org. We have that address posted on our website under local news in case you missed it.
