Mifflintown Farm Recognized

A local farm has been honored by the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture as a “Century Farm.” The Brubaker farm in Mifflintown has been in the family since 1915. To be eligible for Century status, a farm must be owned within the same family on the same land for 100 years. The family must also still live on the land. Juniata County is home to 33 Century farms and one Bicentennial farm.
