A Lewistown man who police say knocked a Taser out of the hand of an officer, has been arrested. 22 year old Nicholas Miller is facing charges including disarming a police officer; four counts of aggravated assault; four counts of simple assault; and four counts of resisting arrest, following the incident that took place at Sheetz on North Juniata Street early last Thursday around 5am. Miller is now being held in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility on $250,000 bail.
