A man from Mifflintown is facing a very long list of serious charges in connection with some sexual assaults that took place back in 2008. 35 year old Brian Wagner faces 25 felony counts of statutory sexual assault, 25 felony counts of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse of a person less than 16, 25 counts of corruption of minors, 25 felony counts of aggravated indecent assault on a person less than 16, 25 counts of misdemeanor indecent assault on a person less than 16, and one count of felony rape…. 130 total charges! Wagner is being held without bail in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility.
