In Harrisburg, the push is now on by some advocates, for a bill that would ban some dog, cat, and rabbit sales at pet stores in Pennsylvania. Victoria’s Law… if it passes… it would mean the end of the sale of dogs, cats and rabbits in pet stores across the state. The proposed law is named for Victoria, a German Shepherd rescued from a Pennsylvania puppy mill after 10 years of breeding.
