PennDot Offers Draft List of Priorities

Residents of Mifflin and Juniata Counties have the opportunity to provide input on a draft list of priority transportation projects in the region until May 20. This draft, known as the 2025-28 Transportation Improvement Program, includes projects spanning several counties and aims to enhance local road infrastructure. The program, valued at over $521 million, encompasses major initiatives such as the Central Susquehanna Valley Transportation project and resurfacing sections of key routes like US Route 22 and Interstate 80. Interested individuals can participate in a public meeting on May 6 or engage virtually via teleconference or videoconference to voice their opinions.
