A Lewistown man faces charges of repeated stalking following an incident that took place last Saturday. 43 year old Jose Emanuel Negron Rios is accused of following a woman to her residence after being asked to stop contact. Despite attempts to block his communication, the victim received numerous messages via phone, text, and social media. Police were called to the scene after a reported fight involving Negron Rios. He denies traveling to the victim’s residence deliberately but admitted to sending multiple messages. Negron Rios is now behind bars, with bail set at $25,000 pending a preliminary hearing that is now scheduled for Friday, April 26.
