Two Arrested for Child Endangerment

Two Centre Hall residents are facing charges of child endangerment after Pennsylvania State Police responded to a child-line report at their residence. 33 year old Stephon Brooks and 23 year old Brianna Miller were charged after troopers found multiple children at the home along General Potter Highway. Police discovered firearms, drugs, and drug paraphernalia on the premises. Brooks faces felony counts for prohibited possession of firearms and drug delivery, while Miller faces felony charges for child endangerment and drug delivery. Both are now behind bars in the Centre County Prison awaiting preliminary hearings that are scheduled for Wednesday.
