Student Teacher Support Program Launches

Pennsylvania’s new $10 million Student Teacher Support Program is set to launch today, offering stipends for those planning to do their student teaching in the 2024-25 academic year. The stipends will be awarded on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 9 a.m. Applicants have been downloading the application from the Pennsylvania Higher Education Assistance Agency’s website. Governor Josh Shapiro says the initiative aims to support aspiring educators here in Pennsylvania.
