Woman Claims She Was Strangled in Spring Mills

A woman in Spring Mills who was found walking along the roadside, told police that she had been strangled. The woman… whose name has not been released… identified 31 year old Austin Davidson as her attacker. She told police that Davidson shoved her into a bed during an argument, then held a jacket over her face, causing her to struggle to breathe for 30 seconds. Davidson denied assaulting her but admitted to an argument. He faces charges now, including second-degree felony strangulation, simple assault, and harassment. For now, he remains free on $10,000 bail.
