The price at the pump is slowly inching up again. The national average for a gallon of regular on Tuesday stood at $3.14 according to AAA. A week ago it was $3.12. Here in Pennsylvania, the average price per gallon is now $3.38. Last week, it was $3.35. Locally, drivers here in our area are paying on average, $3.33 a gallon.
