Downtown Lewistown Inc has nailed down $50,000 in Façade Improvement Grant funds through the PA Department of Community & Economic Development Keystone Communities Program. The money will now be used to improve building fronts in the downtown Lewistown area, and to stimulate the investment of business and property owners, by matching their expenses for eligible work. Statewide, the Keystone Communities Program funded 51 applications in 30 counties with nearly $8 million.
