A Pennsylvania prison inmate who last summer was recaptured in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina after escaping from a work detail, has now been charged with threatening to kill Joe Biden, the chairman of the January 6th committee, and others. Federal prosecutors say 25 year old Robert Vargo of Berwick, included a white powder with an allusion to anthrax, in the envelope of the mailed threat, which originated from the Luzerne County Correctional Center in Wilkes Barre.
