Buckle Up or Get Pulled Over – ‘click It or Ticket’ Crackdown Starts Monday

Law enforcement agencies across Pennsylvania and neighboring states are stepping up seat belt enforcement starting today, as part of the national “Click It or Ticket” campaign. The initiative runs through June 1 and includes high-visibility patrols, especially at night. Officials say 311 people died in Pennsylvania crashes last year where seat belts weren’t used. PennDOT, state police, and groups like AAA are also offering free car seat checks. Police warn: if you’re not buckled up, expect a ticket.
