Two local men are facing some serious charges in connection with a shooting that took place last Wednesday, July 13th, on Valley Street in Lewistown that resulted in one man being hospitalized.28 year old Christopher Carter and 60 year old Michael Bruno… both of Lewistown… are now in the Mifflin County Correctional Facility. Carter is being held without bail on charges including attempted murder, aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. Bruno is charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats and recklessly endangering another person. He is being held on $500,000 bail. There has been no update on the condition of the victim.
