Governor Josh Shapiro and the Pennsylvania State Police gathered Friday to honor Trooper Jacques Rougeau and 103 other fallen troopers during a memorial service marking the PSP’s 120th anniversary. Rougeau, who was killed in June 2023 while responding to an active shooter, was remembered for his bravery. The service included the reading of the names of the fallen and a rifle salute.
