A Centre County judge has ruled there is enough evidence for a case to continue against Braeden Phillips, a 20-year-old from Mifflin County, accused of planning a mass shooting at State College Area High School. Phillips faces felony charges including conspiracy to commit murder and unlawful possession of a firearm. Testimony revealed Phillips discussed the plot with multiple students, including details about firearms and potential explosives. No firearms or bombs however, were recovered. Phillips is now being held behind bars.
