A Penn State wrestler is facing several charges after an incident at a fraternity house in State College back on March 29. 20 year old Braeden Davis is charged with resisting arrest, evading arrest, criminal trespass, public drunkenness, and underage drinking. Police say Davis and a friend were asked to leave but continued arguing with security. Davis later attempted to flee, leading to a struggle with officers. He was taken to the hospital for an alcohol overdose with a blood alcohol content of .225%.
