State College police are searching for a missing man and they say he could be just about anywhere… including right here in our area. 46-year-old Stephen Shimmel was reported missing Sunday evening. Shimmel is described as 5’4” with blue eyes, blond/gray hair, and a long beard. He was last seen wearing a brown coat and carrying a portable oxygen tank. Authorities are concerned for his welfare. Anyone with information is urged to contact State College Police or your local law enforcement.
