20 year old Braeden Phillips of Milroy, has now been charged with conspiracy to commit murder and unlawful possession of a firearm. Authorities say Phillips planned a shooting for April 21, the day after the 26th anniversary of the Columbine High School massacre, and intended to place explosives in restrooms of the high school in State College as part of a coordinated attack. Phillips was denied bail, and his preliminary hearing has been postponed to April 30. A juvenile was also mentioned by witnesses, but details remain unclear as the investigation continues. Police meanwhile, urge anyone with information to come forward.
