Pennsylvanians have less than one month left to register for the May 20 primary election. The deadline to submit voter registration forms is May 5, either online, by mail, or in person. Voters can also apply for a mail ballot by May 13, which must be returned by 8 p.m. on Election Day. Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Local municipal races will be on the ballot.
