A Middleburg man with a long history of… shall we say “impaired driving”… is headed to state prison. A judge sentenced 64-year-old Timothy Hamberger to seven months to five years behind bars for his SEVENTH DUI. Hamberger’s latest arrest came in February 2024 when his blood alcohol content was FOUR times the legal limit! He asked for leniency, but the judge cited his repeated offenses and past treatment failures. The district attorney called the whole situation “a horrible accident just waiting to happen.”
