Huntingdon police arrested 35-year-old Patrick Allen Horn Jr. after spotting him in a vehicle, and recognizing him as the guy who had four active warrants for his arrest. When they pulled him over, officers discovered a backpack containing methamphetamine, along with heroin and fentanyl, scales, and smoking devices. Horn was at first taken into custody on his warrants, but he was then arraigned on a long list of drug drug charges. His bail was set at $150,000.
