Tara Swartz has announced her candidacy for Magisterial District Judge. After narrowly losing in 2019, Swartz says she was encouraged by local residents to run again. With nearly 25 years of legal experience and certifications in paralegal work, she believes her background equips her to effectively serve. Swartz, who is currently employed with Johnson, Duffie, Stewart & Weidner, says she is committed to interpreting laws and ensuring fair decisions. She will attend the next Magisterial District Judge certification course in June.
