Mifflin High Students Get A Day Off Due to Solar Outage

Students at Mifflin County High School are back in class today after a power outage forced them to stay home Monday. District officials say the issue stemmed from a blown fuse connecting the school’s solar field to the main grid. A team from Williamsport was called in to assess the damage and restore power by midday. The problem was resolved, and classes resume on schedule this morning.
