Central Pennsylvania residents can voice their concerns over the proposed closures of SCI Rockview prison and Quehanna Boot Camp at five upcoming public forums. The closures, suggested in Governor Shapiro’s budget to save costs, threaten over 900 local jobs. The aim of the forums is to gather community input , with sessions starting March 21st and ending April 7th.
