The Juniata County Commissioners held their regular Tuesday meeting yesterday, and among the items on the table was the approval of two personnel changes. Hope Lewis resigned as Fiscal Technician Supervisor for Children and Youth Services, effective January 27. Commissioners also hired April Yoder as a Domestic Relations Section Caseworker, starting February 10. Yoder will manage cases related to child support, spousal support, and paternity, following the resignation of Shanel Eaton in December. In other matters yesterday, the board approved several financial and service-related motions, including a $180 training reimbursement to Richfield Volunteer Fire Company.
