Winter weather alerts have pretty much ended for central Pennsylvania, but frigid conditions are expected to persist throughout the week. Temperatures overnight dipped into the teens, with high winds making it feel even colder. Today and Wednesday will see highs near 30 degrees, with wind gusts reaching 30 mph, potentially causing wind chills to plummet to near zero. A slight chance of snow is expected again by early Saturday morning, with forecasts so far showing varying snow depths. Meanwhile, speed limit restrictions across much of Pennsylvania have been lifted following the storm on Monday. PennDOT announced that as of 2:30pm yesterday, all vehicle restrictions and speed limits were no longer in effect.
