A Huntingdon County man has pleaded no contest to charges of indecent assault and corruption of minors in a child molestation case. Duane Somers, of Oneida Township, entered his plea in court last week following allegations that he sexually abused a young girl over several years in multiple counties. Prosecutors say Somers admitted to inappropriate contact with the victim. He has been ordered to undergo a sex offender assessment before his sentencing, which has now been scheduled for sometime in March.
