Derry Township leaders met on Monday, and approved several land plans. Justin Foulk received approval to consolidate a lot addition across from his property. Conditional approval was also granted for the Pleasant Acres West 16th subdivision and land development plan, with requirements for a developer’s agreement, stormwater management, and financial security. In other business, township officials approved a three-year software contract for $8,500, appointed Doug Marks to the sewer authority, and approved the 2025 Wildlife Management Contract for $17,546. They also allowed United Way to host its Walk for Warmth at Kish Park on February 8.
