A West Decatur man is now officially facing charges in connection with an August burglary in Philipsburg that led to the theft of firearms, jewelry, and other valuables worth over $6,300. 27 year old Jacob Fyock is accused of conspiring with two others to break into a home while the owner was on vacation. Authorities say the group accessed the house through an unlocked back door and disabled security cameras. One alleged accomplice admitted to the crime, revealing that stolen firearms were being sold online. Fyock was arrested in September and remains in the Centre County Prison with bail set at $50,000. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for December 18.
