A house fire in Lewistown displaced residents Sunday evening. Emergency responders arrived at the scene around 7 p.m. to find heavy fire that was quickly contained within 15 minutes. Crews remained on site until about 8:30 to make sure the fire was completely out. One firefighter suffered a minor injury and was taken to Geisinger-Lewistown Hospital. The American Red Cross is assisting the displaced residents. The State Police Fire Marshal’s office is investigating the cause.
