A former Penn State executive has pleaded guilty to assault and false imprisonment for an October 2023 incident involving a physical altercation with a woman. 45 year old Keith Brautigam, who previously served as the university’s interim vice president for IT, was sentenced to three to 23 months in prison. The attack left the woman with bruising, a broken tooth, and a red, irritated neck. He had been placed on administrative leave and left the university in November of last year. Brautigam is set for formal sentencing in January.
