State Police Issue Warning Ahead of Holiday

With the holiday season approaching, PennDOT and the Pennsylvania State Police are stepping up efforts to ensure road safety. Beginning tomorrow (11/20) and running through January 1, sobriety checkpoints and patrols will be set up across the state. The initiative coincides with AAA’s estimate that nearly 80 million people will be traveling for Thanksgiving. State officials are urging drivers to remain cautious, especially with increased traffic and the ongoing “Click It or Ticket” campaign.
