A Centre County man is facing multiple felony charges after police say he assaulted state troopers and attempted to flee during an arrest on Wednesday. 43 year old Nathan Folmar was found in a minivan with two active felony warrants. When officers tried to arrest him, Folmar jumped into the driver’s seat, started the vehicle, and injured two troopers. After fleeing into a field, he was apprehended on foot. Folmar faces charges including aggravated assault, evading arrest, and reckless driving. He is now behind bars in the Centre County Prison.
