An Altoona man is facing charges after allegedly threatening to shoot up the Juniata County Courthouse. 30 year old Steven Shepps was arrested after state police say he made the threat to the courthouse fiscal office. Shepps is now facing charges including terroristic threats and harassment. He was arraigned and then locked up in the Mifflin County Prison on $20,000 bail. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Wednesday.
