Troopers now say two men have been cited after they caused a disturbance around midnight back on Friday, October18. State Police at Lewistown were called to North 5th Street for a report of a disturbance where they found 53 year old Ray Yohn Jr. of Mifflintown, and 27 year old Devon Yohn of Elliottsburg. Following an investigation, both of them ended up being charged with strangulation, simple assault, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
