The Mifflin County High School Marching Band clinched its third consecutive TOURNAMENT OF BANDS Pennsylvania State Championship this past weekend, bringing home the win from Altoona’s Mansion Park Stadium. Scoring a season-high 92.80, the band outperformed in Group 4-Open Class and snagged top honors in Best Music, Visual, Drum Line, and Color Guard. School officials praised the students for their focus and energy despite high winds, noting it was their best performance of the year. Junior Caleb Noerr also earned the award for Group 4 Best Performer. The band now heads to Hersheypark Stadium for the Atlantic Coast Championships this coming weekend.
