A Huntingdon County man has been arrested for allegedly raping a mentally disabled woman. 23 year old Scott Goshorn is accused of sexually assaulting the woman in his truck in Mill Creek Borough back in August. According to police, text messages revealed Goshorn admitted to having sex with her but denied it was non-consensual. Following an investigation into the incident, he now faces multiple charges, including felony counts for rape and aggravated indecent assault. Goshorn is now being held behind bars in the Huntingdon County Jail. His bail was set at $250,000.
