Daniel Koishal has been named the new principal of East Juniata High School. The school board unanimously approved Koishal, who previously taught in the district and currently works as dean of students at Dover Area Middle School. He replaces former principal Michael Maclay, who retired. Koishal, with nearly 30 years of teaching experience, including at a youth detention center and in the Hanover Public School District, will begin his new role once released from his duties in Dover. His annual salary will be $108,000.
