Pennsylvania residents can now purchase ready-to-drink cocktails at grocery and convenience stores, thanks to the passage of Senate Bill 688. Previously, the spirits were only available at state liquor stores. With the new bill now in effect, over 10,000 new retail locations are now authorized to sell the cocktails, which are similar in alcohol content to beer and wine.
