A Mifflin County man has pleaded guilty to filing a false tax return for the tax year 2018. 49 year old Vincent Minervini of Reedsville, who managed multiple companies, admitted to manipulating his business finances to reduce taxable income and failing to report over $809,000 in personal income. Between 2014 and 2018, he underreported approximately $2.1 million in income by mislabeling business transactions and omitting personal payments. Minervini acknowledged $266,618 in unpaid taxes and agreed to pay restitution. When he is sentenced, he faces a maximum penalty of three years in prison.
