The prestigious rating, based on over 50 metrics, reflects the hospital’s commitment to high-quality care. Geisinger Community Medical Center and Geisinger Medical Center received 4-star ratings. Geisinger Lewistown’s top rating is complemented by an “A” grade from Leapfrog Hospital Safety Group and a spot on the Chartis Center for Rural Health’s top 100 rural hospitals list for the third consecutive year.
