A Florida man has been charged with attempting to extort explicit photos from a Penn State student. 20 year old Allen Blaney from Orlando, allegedly obtained pornographic images of the student when she was a minor and later used a hacked Snapchat account to demand more explicit pictures. He faces charges of interstate communication with intent to extort and distribution of child pornography. Blaney was arraigned on the charges this week in U.S. Middle District Court.
