Pennsylvania State Police are seeking help from the public in locating a man who was reported missing last Sunday. Police say 59 year old Howard Bender was also reported missing earlier this month in York County… on July 7th. He was last seen in Armagh Township wearing a red shirt and khaki pants. He is 6 feet tall and he weighs 220 pounds. Bender has blue eyes and gray hair. Anyone with information is now asked to contact police at (717) 320-1010 or (717) 235-3944.
